so, with all the fruits here they've come up with some pretty crazy rums. anise, gooseberry (which i tried tonight--the bartender said after i asked if it would kill me "it'll make you feel sexy"), mango, tamarind, guava, and kinnip (which i have never heard of before). the manager of this place highly recommends the anise rum. by god, by the time this week is over i'll try all the local rums they have!
p.s. stored in large pickle jars and old milk jugs.
